Mr. Wajid Bukhari, a Management Accountant by profession, commenced by his career in United Kingdom with one of the country’s leading high-end fashion retailer, Acquascutum., He then moved to the Shipping and Logistics industry and has held various, senior management level positions in that sector for a period spanning 30 years. At present, in addition to being appointed Chairman of Gammon Pakistan, Mr. Bukhari is Chairman and Managing Director of a number of companies in Pakistan and UK related to the property development, real estate investment and engineering sectors whose details are given below

Raza Kuli Khan Khattak (Director)
Raza Kuli Khan Khattak, MA (Oxon) was educated at Aitchison College Lahore and Brasenose College Oxford from where he graduated with honours in 1961. He subsequently joined his father in the Family Business and is presently the Chairman of ‘Bibojee’ /Gen Habibullah’s Group of Companies, his other appointments include

Lt Gen (Retd) Ali Kuli Khan Khattak was educated at Aitchison College Lahore. He graduated from the Royal Military College Sandhurst and commissioned in the Pakistan Army in 1964. After a brilliant career spanning 37 years, Gen Ali retired from the Pakistan Army as its Chief of General Staff in 1998. General Ali holds a Masters Degree from the Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad.
On retirement from the Army he joined his family business ‘Bibojee’/General Habibullah’s Group of Companies; his current appointments include:-

Ahmed Kuli Khan Khattak (Director)
Mr Ahmed Kuli Khan Khattak was educated at Aitchison College Lahore and graduated from the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Academy Risalpur in 1969 winning the coveted, ‘Sword of Honour’. After a distinguished career as a Fighter Pilot, (which included a major role in the induction of F-16 Fighter Planes in the PAF) he sought retirement from the PAF in 1987 and joined the Family Business, ‘Bibojee’ /General Habibullah’s Group of Companies; his appointments in the various companies include:-

He is currently also the chairman of All Pakistan Textile Manufacturers Association (APTMA), which is presently the largest commercial association in Pakistan.

Karim Khan (Director)
Mr. A. Karim Khan is a businessman who did his
accounting from England. He previously served as the
Managing Director of Khyber Wood Processing (a
German Swiss Group) in Peshawar. In 1994, he joined
Gammon Pakistan as an Executive Director.
Company Operations
Brig (Retd) Mushtaq Ali Khan, (Chief Operating Officer)
Brig (Retd) Mushtaq Ali Khan is a Civil Engineering
graduate with Honours and a Fellow Pakistan
Engineering Council. He holds a Masters Degree in
Defence and Strategic Studies. He served for 30
Years in the Pakistan Army and holds over 35 Years
working experience on Civil Engineering, Power,
Infrastructure and Industrial Projects primarily on
planning, development, construction, financial,
technical, legal and contractual activities. Some
of the important appointments held by him after
retirement from the Army are as follows:-
Managing Director, Private Power and Infrastructure
Board, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad.
Director Planning and Development Fauji Foundation.
He has handled some mega projects and was the
Project Director for Fauji Kabirwla Power Project
(valued at US 170 Million Dollars), Fauji Oil
Terminal (Port Qasim) (valued at US 100 Million
Dollars) and Fauji Cement Project (valued at US 160
Million Dollars).
He has been on the Board of Directors of Mari Gas
Company, Fauji Fertilizer Company, Fauji Jordan
Fertilizer Company and Fauji Cement Company.
Amjad Hussain Malik (Executive Director Technical)
Amjad Hussain Malik received his B.Sc degree in
Civil Engineering in 1964 from the University of
Engineering and Technology Lahore. He served in the
Pakistan Army for 36 years and retired as a Chieg
Engineer in the Military Engineering Services.
He is a Fellow of the institute of Engineers of
Pakistan and has also served as its Vice-Chairman.
He has been Director of GPL since 2003. During his
illustrious career he was responsible for the
completion of a large number of projects for the
Pakistan Army.
Abdullah Khan,
Bsc (Mech Engg), MS (Prod Engg), MIME, PE
(Technical Advisor)
A professional Mechanical Engineer with a Masters
Degree in Engineering. Has nearly 30 years
experience in maintenance, repairs and usage of
construction equipment. Responsible for
administration, human resource, procurement and
maintenance of construction machinery/equipment.
Malik Javed
Hassan, (Chief Financial Officer)
Malik Javed Hassan is working as Chief Financial
Officer of the Company. He is a qualified
Chartered Accountant and a Fellow Member of the
Institute of Chartered Accountant of Pakistan.
He has 20 years professional experience of working
in diversified managerial positions in Finance &
Account departments of different organizations.
Maj (Retd) Naveed
Mansoor, (General Manager Works)
Major
(Retd) Naveed Mansoor is a qualified Civil Engineer
who graduated from Military College of Engineering
Risalpur and member of Pakistan Engineering Council.
He has 25 years experience of Planning Management,
Operational Control and contracting of Construction
Projects. He has independently handled Mega
Projects of Building and Infrastructure.
