Maj General (Retd) Hidayat Ullah Khan Niazi, Consultant/Advisor
Gen Hidayat Niazi is a highly decorated and respected retired officer from the Corps Engineers of the Pakistan Army. Having obtained his BSC Civil Engineering from the Peshawar University in 1964, he had a rich and varied engineering experience along the Karakoram Highway (KKH), Swat Valley Roads, Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas. Accordingly, he has worked at senior levels with the northern Areas Work Organization (NAWO), Frontier Works Organization (FWO), National Logistics Cell (NLC), Director of work and Chief Engineer DW&CE and as the Director Housing at GHQ Rawalpindi. From 1987-1992 he served as the Administrator Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Karachi; a period during which the Authority made outstanding progress. From 1992-98, he was the Chairman National Highway Authority (NHA) and supervised an expenditure Budget of over US $ 3 Billion. He is the President of Engineers Cooperative Housing Society (ECHS), Chaiman Global Environment Technology (GET) and Managing Director of HL INTERNATIONAL, a firm responsible for import of portable steel bridges.
Mr. Rafee-ud-Din Ahmed Faruqi
Qualified as graduate Engineer in 1955 from Government College of Engineering (NED) Karachi. He joined Gammon Pakistan Limited in February 1956 and since then has served in various capacities from a junior level to the M.D (1990 to 1999). Constructed many bridges, industrial Building, Cement Factories and office buildings all over the Country. He is a Specialist Structural Engineer with expertise in Per-Stressed and Reinforced Concrete jobs.
